Natural
diamond dies are industrial grade diamond stones that are mined from the
earth. Each stone is selected, cut and sorted into a workable size. When
finished into a useable die, the natural diamond is usually selected for
its effect in producing an excellent quality surface finish on the wire.
Even though natural diamonds can be finished to sizes of .0015" to
0.070"+, they are usually selected for fine wire drawing applications.
